Over the course of two months, the average Health Score of the test cohort increased from 42 to 64. (While some individual locations scores moved all the way into the 90s, some locations weren’t able to provide new media assets or faced a score challenges based on negative reviews.) The next step was to analyze the impressions and actions recorded for the text versus control groups. By the end of month 5 (two months to improve scores and three months to see effects) we saw an increase in impressions of 12% and an increase in actions of 10% compared to the control holdout.

Innovative Waze Listing Validation.

Solution
Given the lack of direct API controls from Waze, the LocalClarity team crafted a process to automatically identify the URL of each Waze listing and then index the details of each listing. The data points were then incorporated directly into the parent location records to make it straightforward to identify contact details that needed to be updated to correctly reflect the clinic details.
