& improvements.

At LocalClarity, user experience is a top priority. In our ongoing commitment to enhance accessibility and navigation, our latest release addresses various minor issues, updates workflows, and refines structural elements. These improvements have significantly contributed to LocalClarity's impressive uptime of 99.99% over the last 30 days, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted access to the platform. We continue to work diligently to provide a seamless and dependable experience for all LocalClarity users.

LocalClarity is excited to introduce a powerful feature, Manage Teams, allowing workload distribution across teams. With Teams created and users assigned within the Settings, dividing automated workflows becomes more seamless. Once a team is established, users can easily create automations, assigning new reviews to the team based on existing filters. This enables efficient collaboration and task delegation within LocalClarity, optimizing workflow management. Simplify team coordination and streamline automated processes with the Manage Teams feature, enhancing productivity and performance.

LocalClarity understands the evolving needs of brands in expanding their auto response campaigns. To accommodate this growth, we have increased the number of templates per star rating from 30 to 50, enabling the creation of a total of 250 templates. Additionally, the number of templates per campaign has been raised from 15 to 25, offering greater flexibility in response customization and rotation. Embrace these changes to enhance your brand's auto response strategies and effectively engage with reviews across various star ratings.

In response to Google's API restructuring, LocalClarity is proactively making necessary backend updates to ensure continued functionality and prepare for future enhancements in listing and reputation management. The integration between LocalClarity and Google Business Profile has relied on the features offered by the Google My Business v4.9 API. By adapting to these changes, LocalClarity remains at the forefront of delivering seamless integration and empowering users with comprehensive tools for efficient business profile management.

To streamline customer communication and feedback across various channels, brands must have effective management systems in place. In response to client demands, we have introduced a feature that allows custom emails to trigger the creation of new tickets in Zendesk. This enhancement empowers the LocalClarity platform to seamlessly generate tickets within Zendesk.

As local search evolves to embrace visual content, Google recognizes the importance of brand and customer images. To align with this trend, users now have access to enhanced tools that facilitate effortless tagging and uploading of brand images in large volumes. This update caters to the growing need for businesses to showcase their visual identity, empowering users with the means to optimize their presence in the expanding visual landscape of local search.

The newly introduced Image Management module greatly enhanced visibility into media representation for individual locations within a profile. However, users required the capability to assess media coverage across locations to identify missed opportunities. Now, users can easily identify all brand and public images assigned to each location within their profile, ensuring a comprehensive view.

Upon launching the Automation Center, clients were delighted with the ability to "auto-tag" reviews based on identified content. However, addressing the need for more flexibility in handling extensive keyword sets like price, service, or profanity required innovation. Today, we are excited to introduce two highly requested features: the ability to build keyword groups and organize the review and tags into hierarchical structures.

Continuing to enrich our industry-leading Automation Center, we have introduced new powerful options. Previously, users had to create custom groups to initiate actions for locations within specific geographic boundaries. Now, all users can create automation recipes with location geography as a trigger, enhancing flexibility and user-friendliness.

Catering to the unique needs of each business entity in terms of data organization, task assignment, and timely information distribution, LocalClarity has launched its innovative Automation Center. With this release, brands and agencies can now create fully customized workflows, leveraging an extensive range of parameters to operate more efficiently and competitively than ever before.
