All users now have direct visibility to the timeline and source details of each review, directly in the ReviewsInbox detail pane. Users can now review a full review lifecycle just by hovering over the timeline icon found on each review in the ReviewsInbox™. Users will no longer need to dig into the weeds of each review to gain and validate the full timeline.

Automation workflow capacity has been expanded to now allow for multiple users to be notified when an automation is triggered. Brands can now notify relevant stakeholders for triggering specified events such as new reviews, new images, community edits, and more. This will cut down on the need to create the same automation to notify multiple users.

Accessing historical reviews in LocalClarity is now even easier with a Date sort in the ReviewsInbox. Users can decide to sort reviews by Newest or Oldest Reviews. Users will no longer be required to change the date range setting or manually sift through the ReviewsInbox™ to see their oldest reviews.

Accurate review data is vital for understanding your audience's perspective and how you can best serve them. With our new Review Verification Audit feature, you can conduct a comprehensive, historical audit for your Profile's entire Google listing set, validating your updated content, review counts, and averages with complete certainty.

LocalClarity has introduced key updates, including increasing the password limit to 20 characters and adding a toggle for viewing all Review Tags in ReviewsInbox. Users can now download Group details from the Manage Entity Tag feature and filter Google Business Profile edit logs by update status to spot errors more easily. We have upgraded the platform to OpenAI for better language detection, supporting 50 languages and enabling new AI-driven features.
