Through our ever-ongoing project to improve visibility into location details and ensure that brands are living up to GMB best practices, we have added to our location management dashboard an image slideshow.
Viewable when the detail panel is expanded, this slideshow allows brands to better monitor images that’ve been uploaded “By Owner”; Whether that be someone currently on the team or someone with past GMB access.
With this, brands can better understand what story is being told to the public through their images, and if those images are still on brand or not.

Bulk Management “Live” Spreadsheet
For our enterprise clients who may be managing dozens to thousands of locations, we understand the difficulty in crafting bulk sheets to update listing details.
With one of our latest dashboards, users can now make edits to their many locations with ease.
Rather than clicking through each location manually or having to build out an entire spreadsheet from scratch, this newest dashboard gives you the ability to make a large number of changes within minutes.

We are constantly exploring how to simplify the most time-consuming workflows to assist our multi-location clients in their everyday. As such, we are excited to announce the release of our Manage Locations 2.0.
With this update, our users can apply one edit to multiple locations or create one post and have it broadcast to any number locations.

We are delighted to announce that in effort to support our users who want to showcase their star ratings on their website, we have added a new dashboard to do just that.
With Review Showcase, our users can customize and design a widget to match their brand aesthetic.
Our showcase operates as a small bit of code that can be placed on the website landing page(s) to display their various feedback channels.
There are several elements that can be customized during the initial building of the widget including,

Create Facebook Locations
As Facebook is our second largest integration point, we are ecstatic to announce that we have added the ability to bulk create Facebook location pages through our Bulk Management dashboard.
This latest addition is meant to provide our users with an unbridled ease of creating and managing their pages all within the same dashboard.
Facebook Schedule Posts
It has always been our belief at LocalClarity that multi-location brands should be able to scale their client-focused communication channels without having to jump through hoops.
Through adding Facebook Posts to our application, users can now easily create bulk posts with the additional benefit of scheduling content days, weeks, or months in advance.
This has been a request item from several clients who utilize Google My Business Posts, and is now readily available for all users of LocalClarity.
It is with much joy that we are announcing the release of additional language options to better support our users across the globe.
LocalClarity can now be used in Vietnamese, Hindi and Tagalog, in addition to our 11 other languages. With this update, users can manage all aspects of their reputation and location in their preferred language.

Single Source Truth
We love working with our users to discuss how we can improve their quality of life when it comes to managing the accuracy of their location details on both GMB and their website.
We’re happy to announce that we now offer a custom integration for our largest accounts that allows users to maintain a “Single Source of Truth”.
Ease Meets Accuracy
This integration gives LocalClarity the ability to read your website’s location pages and pull any changes, such as hours, into our system and then push that data into Google.
With this, users can limit the amount of time spent updating both their website and GMB, and instead focus on just the one and leave the rest up to us.

New folders for Closed and Removed reviews
To improve navigation within the ReviewsInbox, we have added two new folders that allow users to see any reviews that have either been marked as Closed or Removed.
Users can now better organize their workflow without fear of losing their review visibility.
We are always searching for new ways to improve our users everyday life and we appreciate all suggestions provided to us as they allow us to release amazing quality of life items such as this.
Confirmation requirement controls
For our users who like to keep things simple including their workflows, we are happy to announce the ability to disable the confirmation windows for review responses, closing reviews, and marking reviews as closed.

Full text presentation
Today we released a new presentation element for the ReviewsInbox that allows users to access the full expanded view of their reviews without the need to click within each individually.
This improvement was made at the request of a client, as many of our quality of life items are.
For our users who like to prioritize reviews based on their length, this newest element provides just the right lens to achieve that.
Location management filters
From NAP to imagery, one of our top recommendations for brands is ensuring that their Google My Business listings are completely optimized for search.
For our multi-location brands, we understand the time-commitment that would pose, which is why we have made it easier than ever for our users to pinpoint exactly which locations may be missing vital location details.
Our location management filters allow our users to filter to locations that are missing crucial content such as Store Hours, Additional Categories, Brand Images, and several others.
New report designs
It’s never a dull day in development at LocalClarity as we are regularly asking the question, “How can we provide new and interesting value to our users?”.
We have released an update to our reports so that brands and agencies can use LocalClarity to provide the right review summaries to the right people without needing to slice and dice beforehand.
With this redesign, our users can now effortlessly understand their daily, weekly and monthly performance.
