Do you need a special platform for your business? Let us know and we will provide an estimate on the timing for including the new platform. In most circumstances, there will be no cost for the additional integration.
DO YOU OFFER WHITELABEL SERVICES?
LocalClarity already offers custom “whitelabel” formatting (logos, etc) for all reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and notification emails for agency clients — included in the base price.

DO YOU OFFER REVIEW GENERATION SERVICES?
We are currently building out a review generation platform that allows customers to send emails or text messages to request customer reviews.

DO YOU OFFER LOCATION (CITATION) MANAGEMENT?
Yes. We are very excited to announce that we now offer location listing management services with Google*, Bing, and nearly 60 directories.
The service is initially available for business or agencies with 20+ locations for a small annual fee per location. Contact us for a quote based on the number of locations.
*Included in the core platform at no extra charge is the complete control of your Google My Business profile, from individual edits to easy bulk charges.
DO YOU OFFER GOOGLE POSTS MANAGEMENT?
Yes. Eligible brands can schedule Google Posts to start, stop, or repeat as necessary — overcoming one of the core limitations of the 7 Day post limit. A bulk upload (with scheduling) is also available to manage Google Posts for multiple locations.
*Google currently (August 2018) has a block on all single accounts with more than 10 locations. Agencies and other businesses under this threshold can use LocalClarity to manage any number of combined accounts.
DO YOU OFFER FULL-SERVICE REVIEW MANAGEMENT?

WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE?
LocalClarity is available everywhere Google My Business and other major Review sites are available. Contact us if you have specific questions about the coverage in your country.
I HAVE MULTIPLE COMPANIES, HOW DOES PRICING WORK?
The number of locations is rolled-up and the account billing level. An account with 20 locations would be only $160/month. (first 10 location @ $10/location and the next 10 locations @$6 per location)
IS THE APPLICATION AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES?
Yes. We are building out our multi-language update and would like to work with a few test clients. Our initial list is Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese. Our next set is planned for German and French.
Gain free access to the platform for 3 months for helping us with the translations for your preferred language. Please let us know your language preferences.
WHAT PAYMENT SERVICES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment terms and additional payment options are available for Enterprise clients.
CAN I UPDATE MY CARD DETAILS?
Yes. Go to the Settings section of your Profile and update your payment information.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Subscribers to the “Plus” and “Pro” packages can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following month.
CAN I GET REFUND?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please try our 30-day trial to make sure LocalClarity is what you want.
