LocalClarity’s centralized platform empowers your business to ensure consistent location information, deliver on-brand responses, set up approval workflows, and delivery the right information to the right teams at just the right time.
We provide substantial discounts to nonprofit organizations (universities, national charities, NGOs, foundations, etc.) that maintain local listings that receive review feedback. Please email [email protected] with the number or locations and your primary needs.
Plans rates are determined by the net number of billable local listing locations times the monthly per-location rate. Billable locations represent the number of unique and active primary businesses. Department, inactive, suspended, or duplicate listings do not count towards the billable location total. Essentially, only those business locations driving customer engagement are counted.
The number of locations is a somewhat complicated calculation, but is essentially the number of open and active distinct business locations with at least one customer review. You can connect multiple review sources and listing destinations to a single parent record, but this is still just one location. Departments within a location (e.g.,, the sales and service department of an auto dealership) are provide at no charge and do not add to the location total. Distinct businesses at the same address (for example, the Audi dealership and the Volkswagen dealership in one building) would be additional billable locations.
Yes, we have heard this question multiple times. First of all, we are designed primarily for multi-location brands and agencies. This allows us to offer compelling per location pricing. Second, we don’t invest in expensive functionality that provides little to no value (e.g., citation management, image geo codes, Yelp API fees, etc.). Third, as a product-led company we’d choose to invest in new capabilities instead of a bloated, commissioned sales team. Forth, as a bootstrapped company we don’t need to charge you a higher price just to pay off external investors.
We believe free trials should show the full capabilities of the LocalClarity platform. The only limitations we place on each profile during are free trial are for users (limited to 10), competitor locations (limited to 10) and the initial data pulls aggregated in reports (we only access the first 6 months of data).
Yes, we have reduced price plans if your organizations is a registered nonprofit (charities, universities, foundations, and NGOs). Please email [email protected] with the number or locations you manage and what workflow solutions you are trying to accomplish.
Most plans are available with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing options. Credit cards are required for all invoices of less than $1000 USD (and can be accepted up to $5,000 USD). We can work with just about any cadence requirements.
We don’t believe in locking you into an inflexible plan. As you grow and add location, the plan billing will be updated based on the per-location rate. If you close stores, or as an agency lost a client, your plan billing will be reduced accordingly. It’s all about providing value each and every month.
All plans operate on a per location rate for the total number of net active locations in the account. It doesn’t matter if the locations are all organized in one profile or across a dozen profiles. There is no limits placed on account structures or users.
Account “Billing Owners” have full access to change plans, view and download past invoices, and change the credit card details. Simply access Settings sections using the primary login credentials.
There are no limits placed on the number of reports you can generate within LocalClarity, just like there are no limits on users, contacts, notices, downloads, reviews, or automations. We encourage you to keep all stakeholders connected to your critical KPIs.
Available in the Professional and Enterprise plans, you'll be able to see your competitors’ total reviews, average review rating, review distribution, response ratio - and even the raw review and response comments. Coming soon, users will also gain access to topic sentiment analysis and category comparisons.
LocalClarity connects to review sources in the most robust methodology allowed by the originating platform. Ideally, the platform provides an open 2-Way API that allows for full receipt of reviews and pushing of responses. Some platforms have no API infrastructure and responses need to be made directly and manually. You can still leverage AI Reponses and saved templates when replying externally. All reviews response to this way will be marked as replied externally overnight.
You can take advantage of four (4) distinct listing edit workflows to update your store hours and holidays (and other listing details). Choose between single store edits, one-edit-to-many location forms, bulk CSV uploads for changes, and finally our unique ‘live’ spreadsheet controls. Match your needs to the right workflow to ease the workload across the team.
You can access all historic and current reviews for 10 competitors for every 1 billable parent location, with multiple review sources per location. For example, a 50 active location account can track 500 competitors. If you connect 5 review destination sources (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) you’re accessing 2500 source points monthly.
When you set up the competitor locations, you can assign them based on individual store codes, your internal groupings, or even competitor groups. Once set, you can filter the results to compare each of your stores to their local competitor set. In 2023, we are leveraging emerging AI tools to make it easier to find all competitors within a region or distance from your stores and setting up the organization.
LocalClarity does not currently aggregate general unstructured commentary of social media platforms. We do have current plans to incorporate the social media platforms that started to expand into "Local". In the coming months you should expect to see major announcements for integrations in 2023. With that will be new opportunities to index competitor reviews.

After the initial fetch of all historic reviews, new competitor reviews details (location, date, reviewer, star rating, and comments) are indexed to your account from each connected source on a monthly basis.
We understand that listing and review management often falls between typical corporate department structures. It impacts local store success, but is not controlled by Retail Operations. It involves customer feedback, but is not managed by Customer Service. It benefits from local posts and customer engagement, but is not driven by the Marketing or Social teams. Its not even part of traditional SEO tactics that drive visitors to the company website. LocalClarity helps to align the disparate stakeholders by maintaining dozens of unlimited automated reporting mechanisms. The right information can be automatically delivered to the right person at the right time help connect them to the larger role of local SEO - the intersection point between the real and digital world.

The good news is “Google’s local search signals are considered well know”. There is a specific set of guidelines that brands of all sizes can take to optimize their listings to achieve maximum search rankings. The bad is “Google’s signals include several elements of user generated content”. So, you need to follow a specific set of guidelines outlined by Google AND actively engage with your customers in ways that your competition isn’t willing or able to do. LocalClarity was built to help to understand and execute against both aspects.
