Greater administrator visibility and control across distinct business Profiles is now available for all accounts.
Complex business and agencies asked for universal visibility to all profiles, users, locations, listings and subscription details. We listened and added a new "Workspace" construct to give Admins an overview of their platform in one place.
In the Workspace view, there will be an overall count of Profiles, Users, Locations, Listings, Competitors, Reports, Automations, and Campaigns. Additionally, Billing and Company information will also be presented. This is to save Admins time by consolidating all of their important information.
We will be added elements for reporting like user engagement and listing count changes over time.
