Users can now clearly see when review validation audits have last run and when they are scheduled.
While LocalClarity has long supported reindexing to detect these changes, users previously lacked visibility into when those validation audits actually ran. This created uncertainty around data freshness, making it difficult to confidently explain review discrepancies, validate reporting, or understand whether changes reflected real activity or simply timing gaps in the audit process.
The Review Synchronization section now provides both control and full visibility into audit timing. Users can see the cadence of the monthly and weekly triggers with "Last Run" and "Next Run" timestamps, making the audit cadence explicit. This transforms review validation from a background process into a transparent, trackable system, allowing teams to align operational expectations with actual data refresh cycles.
If you need to set a specific date of the month, you can turn off the sync with the toggle and then wait approximately 10 minutes for it to clear. You can then turn it back on to see a new cadence pattern.
This update is part of a broader effort to make review data fully observable and actionable. Future enhancements will continue to expand control over audit frequency and introduce more granular and explicit scheduling options.
