Yes, this is possible for you to link text messaging tools such as WhatsApp to your Google Business Profile listing. You can now talk with clients in real time, rather than waiting for a review from customers.

To achieve this,  access your profile:

1. Navigate to your Business Profile.
2. Click on Edit profile, then select Contact
3. Locate "Chat" and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
4. In the "Chat" section, click the Down arrow.
5. Select either WhatsApp or Text message.
6. In the provided field, input your WhatsApp click-to-chat URL or a phone number capable of receiving SMS.
7. Click Save.
