Ensure parent record details align with connected review sources for accurate searching and filtering
When searching by a store code in the Manage Locations section, you may run into instances where the Summary card displays a listing but the fields below show no data. This is not a bug, but rather a misalignment of the Parent Records store code with the connected review source.

To make sure that searching by Store Codes work in the Multi listing view of the Listings Management Module, you need to update the parent record so that they match. This can be done through clicking on the Google and copying details like the address or name of the business. The listing is in your profile, however, the methods to search are misaligned and require adjustments.

To correct this, the first step is to go to the Source Mapping Module and search or scroll for the listings in question. Once there, click on the three dots next to the parent record to edit these details.

The parent record will open up and will allow you to make these changes for better searching and filtering. Click "Update" to save your changes.

Once updated, going back to your Listing Management Module, you can now search by the Store Code in the Multi-Listing view of the platform.
