This feature enables you to develop personalized AI agents that can be used in your intelligent auto-response campaigns.

Our custom AI agents are designed to work collaboratively with your team, offering a powerful tool to help businesses customize their approach to managing and responding to customer reviews at scale. This feature allows you to create personalized AI agents by defining brand-specific contexts, setting tone guidelines based on star ratings, and choosing language preferences and response variability.
You can create and edit custom AI agents r through the settings under Manage AI Agents > New AI Agent. Additionally you can create them through the Intelligent Auto-response Campaign module under Step 4 of the Audiences tab.
The first page when creating a custom AI Agent prompts you to request a custom icon to represent the agent, select a short name, and provide a description that helps identify the roles in a multi-agent profile (this description is internal and not part of any prompt customization).
Next, you can provide business background details used within the AI model prompt to ensure each response reflects the unique features of your brand. Include details about the brand’s history, value proposition, market position, and other rich content. Be sure to incorporate geographic elements to help the model respond with appropriate regional language preferences. If the model needs to follow specific industry instructions, such as HIPAA rules that restrict sharing patient details, make sure to provide those instructions in this section.
The next step allows you to craft custom prompt instructions to set the tone of voice based on the review’s star rating. Default suggestions are provided, which you are able to edit or create your own.
Now that the agent understands your business better, it’s time to set your language preferences and response variability. Here, you choose whether all review response suggestions should be in the identified language of the review (the “polylingual” setting) or if you would prefer all responses to be composed in a selected language.
At the bottom, you're invited to set the relative response variability, from 0.1 to 1.0. If you’re planning to send responses without human moderation, we recommend settings in the 0.2 to 0.4 range. You can always return and adjust this setting if needed.
Finally, you can confirm all the details to build your agent. Don’t worry—you can always go back and edit any parameters.
