The newly introduced Image Management module greatly enhanced visibility into media representation for individual locations within a profile. However, users required the capability to assess media coverage across locations to identify missed opportunities. Now, users can easily identify all brand and public images assigned to each location within their profile, ensuring a comprehensive view.

Upon launching the Automation Center, clients were delighted with the ability to "auto-tag" reviews based on identified content. However, addressing the need for more flexibility in handling extensive keyword sets like price, service, or profanity required innovation. Today, we are excited to introduce two highly requested features: the ability to build keyword groups and organize the review and tags into hierarchical structures.

Continuing to enrich our industry-leading Automation Center, we have introduced new powerful options. Previously, users had to create custom groups to initiate actions for locations within specific geographic boundaries. Now, all users can create automation recipes with location geography as a trigger, enhancing flexibility and user-friendliness.

Catering to the unique needs of each business entity in terms of data organization, task assignment, and timely information distribution, LocalClarity has launched its innovative Automation Center. With this release, brands and agencies can now create fully customized workflows, leveraging an extensive range of parameters to operate more efficiently and competitively than ever before.

Photos and videos are vital for the visual presence of local listings in search. To address challenges related to unoptimized brand imagery and unmoderated public images, we have launched Image Management, a new module within the LocalClarity platform. Users now enjoy unprecedented visibility and control over the visual media assets featured in their Google Business profiles.

Before this enhancement, the download file didn't contain all of the data points necessary to easily identify individual locations if the brand maintains common names across locations. These new fields provide better visibility to your location's Account ID, Storecode and Friendly Name, when downloading from the Google Posts Insights Dashboard.

LocalClarity is excited to introduce a powerful new functionality designed to keep brands and agencies informed about unverified data presented by Google to the public. With this feature, brands and agencies gain valuable insights and control over their online presence. By receiving notifications whenever Google attempts to display unverified information, users can promptly take necessary actions to ensure accurate and reliable data is presented to their target audience, bolstering brand reputation and maintaining trust with customers.

We're excited to announce that the Downloads section in the Settings tab now offers an expanded range of data variables when downloading your brand images. This enhancement provides users with a richer and more comprehensive dataset, enabling deeper analysis and insights. By accessing brand images with additional data variables, users can unlock valuable information for reporting, decision-making, and further optimizing their brand's online presence. Explore the enhanced Downloads section to maximize the value of your brand image data.

To provide users with a comprehensive review management experience, we are enhancing the platform with the introduction of the GBP Audit feature. This powerful addition allows the platform to better account for reviews that have been removed from their original review platforms. With the GBP Audit, users gain valuable insights and visibility into the status of their reviews, ensuring a thorough review management process and enabling prompt action on any removed reviews.

LocalClarity introduces a new setting that enables users to synchronize their Google reviews on a recurring basis. With options for weekly or monthly synchronization, reviews can be regularly checked for updates or removals. This feature is particularly valuable for analyzing historical review data, providing users with a clearer understanding of the number of reviews that have been modified or removed across their locations.
