To provide users with a comprehensive review management experience, we are enhancing the platform with the introduction of the GBP Audit feature. This powerful addition allows the platform to better account for reviews that have been removed from their original review platforms. With the GBP Audit, users gain valuable insights and visibility into the status of their reviews, ensuring a thorough review management process and enabling prompt action on any removed reviews.

LocalClarity introduces a new setting that enables users to synchronize their Google reviews on a recurring basis. With options for weekly or monthly synchronization, reviews can be regularly checked for updates or removals. This feature is particularly valuable for analyzing historical review data, providing users with a clearer understanding of the number of reviews that have been modified or removed across their locations.

Now, within the Locations module, you can schedule What's New, Offer, and Events Google Posts in advance. Whether it's a one-time or recurring schedule, users can select a specific time and time zone for their posts. With the ability to choose multiple locations for post distribution, users can conveniently schedule posts to be sent out to numerous locations simultaneously. Streamline your posting process and reach a wider audience with ease using LocalClarity's advanced scheduling capabilities.

Enhancing user control and accuracy, LocalClarity now enables users to test preview links when creating bulk posts. This feature allows users to ensure that the links lead to the desired URLs. The addition of a preview link serves as a valuable tool to verify that the links are correctly associated with the intended locations, offering an extra layer of assurance in the post-creation process.

The ReviewsInbox in LocalClarity is now even more organized for Users. Replies are now broken out into User, Auto, Destination, and Marked Reply. Marked Reply is a new label for reviews that are either for indexed connections or for connections that block indexing reviews. Now Users can set a Review to Marked Reply if they replied to it externally.

LocalClarity's Manage Filters section in the dashboard now provides users with a comprehensive breakdown of their filters and the ability to make adjustments. This visual representation allows for easy identification of areas where additional filters may be required or where modifications and removals are necessary. With the convenient dropdown feature, users can quickly view the elements associated with each filter, enabling streamlined management and ensuring filters align with specific criteria. Take control of your filtering system with LocalClarity's intuitive Manage Filters feature.

The ReviewsInbox™ in LocalClarity has started being updated in an exciting series of releases. Admins can now assign reviews to Users and in turn the inbox can be filtered by 'My Reviews'. Users can also mark a review with a Review Status. This helps label reviews into buckets were other team members can see where the reviews in the inbox stand. More updates are to follow soon!

LocalClarity users can now have email notices triggered every time edits are made to any of their locations. For example, clients can have a recap sent the following day of all changes made to Holiday/Special hours from the previous day. This allows for greater visibility for Single-Source-of-Truth connections as no edit will go unnoticed.

Call to Action links for Google Posts can now be customized within LocalClarity. In the Manage Locations module users can select the locations they wish to make a Post for and then enter in variables to change the link based on different locations. This allows for bulk Posts without having to manually change the URLs for every location.
